Questions About Bankruptcy Abound

I really feel bad for people who are forced to file for bankruptcy because they cannot pay their medical bills. Questions about bankruptcy must abound for these people. It is hard enough that they find themselves dealing with overwhelming physical problems but to also be dealing with overwhelming financial problems can feel totally devastating. I cannot believe that we live in a country and with a system that is so unkind, that lacks so much compassion. What really bothers me is that doctors make so much money and like the rest of our society, the rich get richer on the backs of the poor and the rest of us. The medical and insurance lobbies along with the pharmaceutical lobby are the most powerful and influential in the country. They can buy anything. Even votes. I am hoping and praying that Obama and his team and the tone and intention of his office will bring essential change to a system that has become corrupted by money in all respect. Bankruptcy questions abound for people unable to pay their bills but are more easily answered for those who have more money than by those who are going through the tension and difficulty of the process.
