In the preliminary study phase, quality will depend on the studies that are conducted in order to clearly state the objectives of the projects and also provide a clear assessment of the customer expectations. Implementation phase
The quality control at this stage consists of the verification of the methodology used and on the other hand to make sure that everything is done as per the specifications.
Testing stage
At the test stage it is important to make sure that the applications delivered matches the requirements of the clients.
Control
Make sure that adequate control system is set up to make sure that everything falls in place. You should make sure however that the test provide adequate control system for the project.
Test by Independent person
During the test phase, it is important to repeat some tests at random by another person to limit the risk of error.
Monitoring remedial actions
The anomalies detected during the test phases should give rise to a correction in terms of configuration and development. New tests should then take place within the framework of the quality process to ensure that the corrections work.
